All Stebco and Bond Street products are nonreturnable. due to manufacturer specifications.
Software is covered under a separate return policy, call for details.
All returns must be authorized in advance to returning. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be received in saleable condition. Please call for details and a return authorization number at 800.622.6788.
On International orders, customers are responsible for all Duty, Customs and/or Borkerage Fees.
